KNOW ALL MEN that I LUKE BILLINGTON of FARNHAM CREEK in the County of Rappahanock Planter do hereby voluntarily of my own accord give to MARY BARBER of the said County to her heirs or assignes one Brown Yearling heiffer marked with a crop in the left ear & a hole in the right year this heiffer I give & make over from me my heirs & assignes unto MARY BARBER with her Increase for Ever & I do hereby bind myself my heirs or assignes to ensure said MARY BARBER the heiffer & her increase from any person whatsoever that shall lay any claime thereunto & to be recorded in the Court of Rappahanock County whereunto I have set my hand this 18th of April 1661
