BENDREYs line East by North to a Stake standing as a Corner tree by a marked white Oake & thence South to a marked Hickory standing by ye Maine Run of BRICES, & thence West South to ye first menconed station, together with all profits & appurtenances belonging & all ye right that ye sd HUMP: BOOTH his heirs or assignes; To have & to hold ye sd. Fifty acres of Land unto ye sd, THO: DAVIS his heirs and assignes forevermore, subject nevertheless to ye quit rents that shall hereafter grow due for ye same & ye said HUMP: BOOTH & PHEBE his Wife their heirs & assignes for ye consideracon aforesd. ye sd. Land hereby granted will warrant, and Defend unto him ye sd. THOMAS DAVIS his heirs and assignes forever by these presents & shall acknowledge before ye Court held for ye sd. County this present Deed; And it is further agreed upon by ye sd, HUMPHREY BOOTH &THO: DAVIS by these presents that ye grant & bargaine of Timber formerly granted to ye sd. THO: DAVIS by ye sd, HUMPHREY BOOTH (in a Deed bearing date ye 3d. day of October 1688) shall forever after ye date of these presents be void & of none effect, In Witness whereof ye sd. HUMPHRY BOOTH & PHEBE his Wife hereunto set their hands & affixed their seales
