TO ALL XPIAN PEOPLE to whom these presents shall come I EVAN DAVIS and Wife of County of Rappa & South Farnham Parish send Greeting. Know yee that I EVAN DAVIS and Wife for forteen hundred pounds of Tobb: do give unto JAMES ACRES of same County and Parish his heirs One hundred acres of land being on the South side of Rappa River and in the aforesd Parish and County and formerly being land of EVAN DAVIS SENR. as the conveyance upon record appears and by Patent from JAMES CITTY the sd JAMES ACRES to have and to hold sd land forever and to be layed out of a parcell of land formerly being EVAN DAVIS SENR. Warranty unto sd JAMES ACRES his heirs and assigns forever & from any persons whatsoever In Witness my hand and Seale this Sixteenth day of !Ober in year 1690
