Nicholas Terrell, dec'd, of Anne Arundel County sold Thomas Hillary, decd, of Calvert County land lying then in Calvert now Prince George's County on the north side of Western Branch of the Patuxent River called Marborrow's Plains; Terrell did not sign over to Hillary, then sold to Soaper; Soaper dissatisfied and relinquished to Hillary the southeast one-half of the land; then Hillary sold said 1/2 to John Lewis but Hillary had no conveyance; southeast corner of land on Cabin Branch
