      Indenture Quadripartite 5th December 1735 between HONOUR RICHARDSON of Parish of Hanover King George County Widdow of first part, MARY HUGHS Daughter of HONOUR of 2nd part .. ANNE HUGHS & FRANCES HUGHS Daughters of said MARY HUGHS of third part & ELIZABETH YATES Daughter of said HONOUR of ffourth part .. in consideration of natural love .. unto her said daughters & Grand children for their advancement have granted unto my said Daughter MARY HUGHS half of tract containing 600 acres which was given by my Father JOHN BARROW by his last Will 3rd February 1684 unto his three Sons MOSES, ALEXANDER & JONATHAN intail & for want of heirs to his Daughters the said HONOUR & CICELY and by default of heirs of his said Sons after their deaths & after death of CHISLEY the same vested in HONOUR & also 50 acres more of said tract whereon I now live for & during terms of her natural life & after her decease to my Grand Daughters ANNE HUGH & FRANCES HUGH equally to be divided & for default of Heirs to Heirs of MARY HUGHS .. and all remainder unto my said Daughter ELIZABETH YATES ..

      Know all men .. I HONOUR RICHARDSON Widdow of King George County .. appoint Mr. WILLIAM REMEY of same to acknowledge my right & title .. 12th December 1735.
