Wife Judith Chilton-all my estate but proviseth she marry, to be taken out of her hands before the children come to age, and then to be equally divided.
Son Fleet Chilton-my gun, and tract of land bought of Richard Chichester shall be sold if the said land cannot be paid for.
Wife Judith Chilton executor.
