Wife Jane-the use of all my land and working negroes during her widowhood, but at her day of marriage or death.
I give to my youngest son Frederick, all the lands I now possess.
Daughter Mary-negro George, when she comes to the age of eighteen or marries.
Daughter Winnifred-negro Isaac, when she comes to the age of eighteen or day of marriage.
To Samuel Blackwell-twenty shillings cash.
Sons John, Frederick, and Meshack, and my daughters Mary, Winefred, Chloeer. and Salvaynak [Silvaney] -all the rest of my estate, also all the rest of my working negroes after the marriage or death of my wife, to be equally divided between them.

To Tome Clutton-one new bed and bedstead, new sheets, blankets and counterpin, and all that belongs to it.
To daughter Silvaney Wildy-one new bed and all furniture belonging to that, and a new chest that Stephen Chilton made, and. Easter a negro girl and her increase.
To daughter Chloe Wildy-negro girl Nan and her increase, and my new desk.
I leave my two gold rings one to Chloe, and the other to Silvaney, and all the things in the bofat I leave to divide between them.
The legacies I leave to my younger daughters being my own properties, besides what is coming to them from their fathers estate.
Stephen Chilton-to make me a ledge coffin.
After my husbands will is satisfyed, I leave the rest of my estate to be equally divided between all my children.
