Daughter Molley Beetley-one feather bed and furniture.
Son Spencer Morgin Beetley-one mare colt, saddle, and one breeding sow.
Son William Beetley-his choice of one heifer.
To Nancy Webb-one heifer.
Wife Charity Beetley-rest of my personal estate during her widowhood, and then to be equally divided between my two daughters Sinar Willey Beetley, and Betsy Morgin Beetley, and if either
should die without lawfully begotten heir of her body, the other to have her part.

To son Francis Beetley-one shilling sterling.
To daughter Sarah Hammontree-one shilling sterling.
To son Jesse Beetley-the eighteen acres of land I bought of Elisha Payne; if he should die without heirs my son Bille Beetley should have the aforesaid eighteen acres.
To son Spencer Beetle-the best bed and furniture in my house, but he is not to have the bed and furniture till my wife Eliza lets him have it.
To son Jesse Beetle-three ewes and one ram.
To wife-all my personal estate during her widowhood and afterwards to be equally divided between my sons and daughters Spencer, Jos, Mary Ann, Jesse, Letty, and Bille.
