      Plantation whereon I now live to my son Richard Haney and his heirs, but if he should die without heir of his own body, then I give the said land to my son Jedethon Haney and his heirs.
      Sons Peter and William Haney - five shillings apiece to them and their heirs.
      Daughter Grace Angell - five shillings cash.
      Son Isaac Haynie - one bed and furniture.
      To my four children Richard, Jedethon, Milley, and Nancey Haney - all the remainder of my estate of what kind soever, to be equally divided between them and their heirs wheever they come of lawfull age or marry.
      Son Richard Haney pay to my daughter Agathys child, twenty five shillings current money of Virginia out of his part of his estate, whenever it comes of age or marrys.
      Son Richard Haney and my friend Samuel Eskridge, executors, and managers of my estate.

      My wife should not be interrupted during her life, only that my son Richard or Jedethon which ever of them lives to inherit my land, may and is to have the liberty of living on and working part of said land.
