Berry, William, of St. Stephen's Parish
W. W. 26 June 1761---W. P. 14 September 1761
To son George Berry-my house and plantation and all the land on the southside of the road.
To daughter Nancy Berry-all the land that belongs to me on the northside of the road, and if she dies without heir to return to my son George.
To son George Berry-negroes Mark and Judah.
To daughter Nancy-negroes Sarah and Spencer.
To son George Berry-my gun, horse, bridle and saddle, pistols and holsters, and sword,
Rest of estate after death of wife Elizabeth Berry, to be equally divided between son George Berry, and daughter Nancy Berry, and their heirs or assigns.
