Daniel Murphey and Thomas Dyson Sr preferred to this Court the following petition: Your petitioner[s], having had away [no way?] to their Parish Church, Courthouse, nearest Landing, Water mill &c, ever since the situation of the Plantation on which they now dwell, through the land on which Thomas Burch Jr now dwells, which way the sd Thomas Burch has lately stopped up by running a fence across it and forbidding your petitioners to pass that way as usual, so that they cannot pass to the places above mentioned, without being compelled to go, viz, the sd Thos.
