      Wife-as long as she remains my widow, my plantation whereon I now live.
      Wife-to have all my real and personal property as long as she remains my widow, but if she should marry to have the estate I got by her at marriage, and no more of my estate.
      Daughter Nancy Downing Hurst all my land and negroes, and all the rest of my estate to her and the lawfully begotten heirs of her body, provided my wife is not with child, and if it be a boy child then I give him all my land, and if it be a girl child or no child, my daughter Nancy Downing Hurst shall have my whole estate, and if she dies without an heir lawfully begotten of her body, I then give my whole estate both real and personal to my brother Isaac Hurst, and his heirs.
      Wife Winifred Hurst, and my brother Isaac Hurst, and friend and relation Thomas Hurst, executors.
