Sister Winefred Coles-my best bed and furniture, one dozen chairs, two looking glasses that are at her house, and twenty pounds to bury her, a horse and saddle, and no more.
Sister Hannah Webb-my desk, and a large looking glass at Alexandry,
Brother Richard Conway-twenty pounds and no more.
Brother Joseph Conway-my part of the mill.
The land I hold in Northumberland County should be equally divided between my brothers John Conway, Robert Conway, and Joseph Conway, and their heirs.
To Nancey Tolson-twenty five pounds.
Rest of my estate both real and personal, to be equally divided between Mary Elleston, John Conway, Hannah Webb, Robert Conway, and Joseph Conway.
Brothers Robert and Joseph Conway, executors.

Grandson Edward Conway, the eldest son of my late son James Conway, and the lawfully begotten heirs of his body-my plantation whereon my brother Cuthbert Spann lived and died, and where his son Richard Spann also lived and died, supposed to contain three hundred and fifty acres, and to include that part of the said tract of land held as dower by the widow of the said Richard Spann.
Two sons Thomas and Robert Conway-the plantation called the "Herring Creek" tract, to be equally divided, including that part held as dower by the widow of said Richard Spann, supposed to contain three hundred and sixty five acres.
Son Joseph Conway-my dwelling plantation which was devised to me by my father, Richard Spann.
Son Richard Conway-my silver salt teller marked with the initial letters of my grandfather and grandmother, Cuthbert and Dorothy Spann, also one hundred pounds current money.
Daughter Winefred Coles-one hundred pounds current money.
Four sons John, Thomas, Robert, and Joseph, and two daughters Mary, and Hannah, the remainder of my estate, to be equally divided between them, and if any of them should die before me, their share to go to the survivors.
Son John-my copper kettle.
Son Joseph-negro man Jack.
Grandaughter Mary Tolston-my large seal skin covered trunk, my iron gray gelding, my riding saddle and bridle.
Two sons Robert and Joseph, executors.
