Alverson, John, of St. Stephen's Parish

Wife Ellener Alverson-the use of my land and houses in Richmond County containing one hundred. and ninety two acres during her natural life, and after her decease to my three daughters to wit: Ellener, Martha9 and Ann Alverson and they to have their single lives on my manor plantation.
Son Archiball Alverson-my manor plantation after the above term.
Son Tellit Alverson-sixty acres of land to be layed out to him at the upper part of my land, near or next to John Duke's land.
Son John Alverson Junr -sixty six acres of land, to be layed out to him at the lower end,
Three sons to have no right to said land until my wife's death and my three daughters be married or dead.
Wife-to have the thirty acres of land 1 bought of John Hartley, to her and her heirs.
Personal estate to be equally divided between my wife and four daughters, share and share alike.
Wife Elienor Allverson, and my son Archibald Alverson executors.
