      IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen, this 11th: day of March 1706/7, I THOS: WILLIAMS of ye County of Northumberld. in Virga: being sick & weak of body but of sound & perfect memory praise be to God for the same, & the better to settle the temporall Estate which God of his Goodness hath pleased to bestow on me, doe institute & ordaine this my Last Will and Testamt. in manner and forme following, & ordaine this my Last Will and Testmt. in manner and forme following, revokeing and disannulling all other Will or Wills by me before made, whether escript, manuscript or Codicill & this only to be my Last Will & Testamt. & noe other;
      Imprs. I give and bequeath my Soule into the hands of my God & that great God that gave it to me trusting in the meritorious death & passion of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, to have full pardon & remission of all my sins and to be numbered with his Elect at the Generall Resurrection; And as for my body to be buryed decently in Christian buryall according to my Exerx. hereafter named shall think Fitt;
      Item. My Will is that Mr. THOMAS HOBSON & Mr. JAMES WADDY doe acknowledge in my behalfe One hundred acres of land by me sold unto Mr. SAMLL: MAHANE, by Deed;
      And all the remaineing part of my Land to fall into the hands of my Eldest Son, THOMAS WILLIAMS, & that my Youngest Son, JOHN WILLIAMS, may have liberty to live on the said Land & have Liberty to worke it untill he shall be of the age of one & twenty yeares:
      Item. My Will is that my Daughter, ELIZA: WILLIAMS, be cleare & cutt off from every part & parcell of my Estate but One shillings or Twelve pence;
      Item, My Will & desire is that my moveable Estate be equally divided betweene my Wife and my four Children, THOMAS WILLIAMS, MARY WILLIAMS, ANNE WILLIAMS and JOHN WILLIAMS, Lastly, my Will is that my well beloved Wife, ALICE WILLIAMS, be whole & sole Exerx, of this my Last Will & Testamt, In Witness whereof I have hereunto sect. my hand & affixed my seale the day and yeare within written
