      W. W. 10 April 1760---W.P. 9 June 1760
      To daughter Frances-my horse colt called Dabstery and as much cash as will buy her a woman's saddle and bridle of about five pounds price.
      To wife Eliza-during her widowhood my whole estate real and personal except above legacy.
      Daughter Frances at the day of marriage or immediately after, shall have an equal part of my estate with rest of my children besides the legacy before given.
      At the death or marriage of my wife, my estate shall be equally divided among my four children if Frances has not already received her part. If she has received her part, my estate is to be equally divided between my three youngest children.
      If any of my children should die without lawful issue then their part to go to the survivor. If all my children should die without lawful issue of their body, I then give my whole estate to my nephew Charles James.

      Cousins William and Moses James-the plantation I now live on, to be equally divided between them and their heirs, and to be divided from the creek to the river.
      In case Moses James dies without heirs lawfully begotten of his body, then to Charles James and his heirs, and if he dies without heirs of his body to George James, and if he dies without heirs of his body to William James and his heirs.
      To George James and his heirs-the land whereon. William James now lives. Whereas there is a controversey on the forementioned lands, and my cousin William James being bound for several sums of money to Col. Tho. Lee, and if the land not be recovered, then I give this land to the said William James. The upper part of my land being one hundred. and twelve acres, to be sold to pay my debts.
      Sister Margaret Jones, and her son William James,executors. My personal estate to be sold at outcry, and to be equally divided between the above mentioned persons.
