      Son Richard Tomson-all my land whereon I now live, being in "Cherry Point Neck" he is to be of age at eighteen years and to be possessed of his estate at that age, and he shall be unde the guardianship of my executors.
      Daughter Elizabeth Tomson-one ewe and lamb.
      To David Straughan Senr.-my book called "Bishop Hall's Works" Rest of my estate to be divided equally between my wife Elizabeth Tomson, son Richard Tomson, daughters Anne and Sarah Tomson; my wife requiring no other dower of my personal estate.
      Son Richard-to have one years schooling to learn to write and cypher, and the charges to come out of his estate
      Two daughters Anne and Sarah-to have one year schooling to learn to read and to begin at the age of twelve years, and the schoolmasters charges to come out of their estate.
