P. 19 February 1728/9 Wife Lucy Cole-all my personal and moveable estate during her widowhood After the death or marriage of my wife to daughter Mary Ann Cole- one new feather bed, bedstead and other furniture belonging to said bed, one iron pot about eight gallons with hocks, two new puter dishes and six new sueplates. At my wifes death or day of marriage-all the residue given to her- shall be divided equally between my three sons James Ferned Cole, John Cole, and George Cole, to them and their heirs, but if either should die without, heir then the survivor to take all.
