      THIS INDENTURE made this Seventeenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty six Between ROBERT ROEBUCK and SARAH his Wife of the County of Culpeper of one part and MICHAEL SOUTHER of the County aforesaid of the other part; Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of Twenty five pounds current money of Virginia to them the said ROBERT ROEBUCK and SARAH his Wife well and truly in hand paid, hath bargained and sold unto MICHAEL SOUTHER his heirs a certain tract or parcel of land containing by estimation ninety eight acres be the stme more or less situate in County of Culpeper and bounded; Beg: at a white and red Oak in SOUTHERS line, thence with his line So. 60 deg.
