      Bequeaths to:
      1. Barbara Berry --wife
      -to have during her natural life the plantation whereon the testator now lives
      -to have 10 Negroes on the plantation of her choosing and they are not to be taken or sold for the payment of debts
      -to have 1/2 of the household furniture in the testator's dwelling house at the time of the testator's death
      -to have the testator's carriage and horses, 5 work horses, 12 head of black cattle, 20 head of sheep, and 20 head of hogs, 3 plows and suffIcient utensils to carry on a crop with the said Negroes
      -to have 2 yoke of oxen and 2 ox carts

      -to have 1 silver tankard and whereas the said Zachariah in entitled to and possessed of 900 acres of land which was devised to him in the will of his father Jeremiah Berry. being 2/3rds of a tract of land called "Outlett" and "Concord Enlarged" but more commonly called 'Carroll's Manor" and which the said Jeremiah purchased from Charles Carroll now testatrix gives him testatrix's right, title and interest to the said 900 acres now in his possession
      -to have 300 acres of land being part of a tract of land called "Outlett" beginning at the end of the 2nd line of the said tract and then - until it intersects the lines of that part
      of "Outlet" laid out for the said tract under and by the virtue of his father's will and now in his possession thence.. __until it intersects the 3 line of the whole tract and thence.
      to the beginning but as pan of the said 900 acres of land devised to him by his father and which has been laid off for him aforesaid is claimed by Josias Beall, it is testatrix's will that should Beall prevail and recover the land lie now claims, then to have other adjoining lands as will make up the 900 acres
