      Wife Mary-use of all my estate during her life or widowhood except one cow and calf which I give to my grandson Charles Swanson.
      When wife dies-whole estate to be equally divided between my two children John Swanson and Charles Swanson.
      The bed and furniture, pot, bason and chair which I sometime ago lent my son John Swanson, or the value thereof, be returned to my estate at his mothers death or marriage.
      If my wife should marry she may have one third of my estate, and the other two thirds to be divided between my two children.
