      Is there evidence that Aaron Williams is David Williams' son? David did a pretty thorough job of christening his kids and Aaron was not listed as David's son. The other option is that Aaron is Thomas Williams's (1699-around 1744) son. The evidence for this is that Benjamin Williams witnessed Aaron's Will and Benjamin is Thomas' son. However, Thomas didn't mention Aaron in his Will so we can't be sure.

      Daughter Elizabeth Williams-my new trunk.

William Webb of Saint Stephens Parish, Northumberland Co planter for 80 pd sold to Mosley Mott of same parish bricklair an 80 a. tr of land which came into his possession as followes (viz) Runsford Austin in his will gave to his dau Elizabeth Austin all the land belonging to him in Cupids Neck bounded by Herring Cr, Potomack River, land of Bailee & the line of Span's, the sd Elizabeth Austin afterward married with Thomas Webb after whose death the sd land descended to Thomas Webb the eldest son to the afsd Thomas Webb & Elizabeth his wife formerly Austin & from the sd second Thomas Webb to his son William Webb the first party mention in this present deed part thereof being sold to William Wilkins & part kept by the sd William Webb & the other mentioned being 80 a. sold to the sd Mosely Mott in Saint Stephens Parish in Cupids Neck bounded by Col Peter Presly, William Webb, Wm Wilkins, Hering Cr, Capt Cuthbert Span & John Gill ... .

I William Webb of St. Stephens Parish, Northumberland Co planter am firmly bound to Moseley Mott of same parish bricklayer in the penal sum of 160 pd ... the condition of this obligation is such that the afsd William Webb hath by a deed of sale [see above] sold an 80 a. tr of land unto the afsd Moseley Mott, now ifthe sd Wm Webb do & shall at all times hereafter justify & maintain the sd Moseley Mott in the quiet & peaceable possession thereof & alsoshall at all times hereafter observe, fullfill & keep all the convenants, conditions & agreements mentioned in the sd deed then this obligation to be void ... .
