      W. W. 15 February 1726---W.P. 26 September 1727
      Son John Conway-my now dwelling plantation to him and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, and for want of such heirs to the next heir at law.
      All the rest of my personal estate to my children to make use of as my executors shall think convenient until my two children Hannah and George shall attain to the age of twenty one, and then to be equally divided amongst them.
      leave my daughter Elizabeth to Thomas Dameron to look after if she thinks well of it, and if not to do as she thinks fit,
      My estate not to be appraised as my estate is not in debt.

      CLEMENT ARLEDGE & MARY his wife relict of DENNIS EYES dec'ed haveing petic'oned this Court the said DENNIS was in his life time Seized of a Certaine Plantac'on in this county whereon he then lived with the Land thereabouts belonging & that the said Eyes did in and by his Last Will give and bequeath the same unto JOHN CONWAY of this County & that the said MARY is Intitled to her Dower or thirds of the said Plantac'on and Land but he hath hitherto refused to assigne the same & still persisteth in such his refuseall And prayed that the said CONAWAY might be Sum'oned to Appeare the next court to be held for this County to Answ' the premisses and that he might be Ordered by this Court to lay out & Assigne her Dower or Thirds of the Plantac'on and Lands etc. Its Ordered the said CONAWAY appeare at the next court to Answ' the said Complaint.
