Son Samuel Airs-plantation called "Toulsons."
Son Thomas Airs-placed called "Spries Hill."
Son William Airs-my now dwelling plantation.
Son Soverign Airs-five thousand pounds of crop tobacco to school and maintain him with, at my son Samuel Airs' discretion.
Daughter Sarah Keeve-twenty five pounds current money in the hands of Samuel Airs, he to pay her as he thinks proper.
Rest of my estate-to be equally divided between my children to wit:- Winnifred Goff, Nancy Airs, Betsy Maurison Airs, Rhodah Airs and Sovereign Airs.
Son Samuel Airs and son-in-law Benjamin Goff [Gough] executors.

Daughter Elizabeth Way-Part of fifty acres of land to raise my daughter Judith on for seventeen years and to return to my son John Way, which land lies from the Great Poppeller to the second live tree by the gum spring bounding to William Harcum and Wildridge Smith.
Houses and orchard not to be disturbed by my son.

Wife to have my estate during her life, and at her decease the remainder part of my estate to be equally divided between my daughter Margret Brown and my son William. Brown.
I cut my son Charles Brown off with one shilling.
My son Joseph Brown-never to come in for any of my estate.
