      Daughter Eliza Lee-to have my whole estate to pay my debts,
      and after debts are paid and if any is left it to go to my daughter Jane Swan.
      If there is any dispute concerning a colt now on my plantation which came of the mare Beauty,and got by my brothers horse which he gave to my daughter Jane Swan, hereby acknowledge I have not any right to the same.
