Ball, George, Jr., of St. Stephen's Parish

Daughter Hannah Ball-land whereon I now live, my water grist mill, and if she dies without heir I give the land and mill to my daughter Luce W. Ball, negro slaves Luke, Simon, Winne, and Peter.
Daughter Luce W. Ball-negro slaves Lewis, Daniel, Millie, Mall and Sally.
Daughter Juda Ball-negro slaves Pleasant, Will, Moses, and Jude, and the "Yorrick Colt."
Daughter Hannah Ball-three more slaves Grace, Moses, and Venus, and my riding mare.
Daughter Luce W. Ball-two more slaves Tom, and Isaac, and young mare Betsie.
Wife Elizabeth Ball-my Phaeton, and mare Jenney.
In case my two daughters Hannah, and Luce, die without heir, give my land and mill to my brother John Ball, and the slaves to be equally divided between my brother and sisters.
Daughter Luce W. Ball-all the land I heired of mother.
Two brothers David Ball, and William Nelms, executors.
Witness: Joseph Ball, Geo. Robertson, Elias Humphris, Isaac Mott, and Randolph Mott.
The widow Elizabeth Ball renounced all benefit under said will.
