Wife Margret-shall enjoy her home where I now live during her natural life, and the use of six of my negroes:-Isaac, Old Cate, Amos, Jenne, Maryann, and Milla, during her natural life.
Son William Yerby-the upper part of my land containing two hundred acres, begining at a cedar post, thence to a parcimeron tree at the head of a small branch called "Burbereys Old Spring Branch," thence to Lewis Lunsford's line, and negroes Ephraim, Hannah and all her children, Elijah, two cows, and calves.
Son Charles Yerby-the land whereon I now live containing two hundred acres, all below the cedar post standing on the north-side of the road, but his mother to have peaceful possession during her natural life. Also the negroes in his possession:-Moses, Judith, Mary, Stephen, Lucretia, Lishe and a child, and two cows and calves.
Grandaughter Margret Barrett-negro woman Rachel, which her father now has, and she to have negro man David, and he to remain in the hands of my executors 'till she arrives to the age of
twenty one.
Daughter Judith Parrot-negroes Elisha, Joseph, Lucretia and all her children, during her natural life, and then to her children.
Daughter Frances Parrott-negroes Mark, and Darkey, to her and her children by John Parrott, and for want of such heirs to the children she had by Isaac Peede.
Grandchildren Nancy Peede, Cyrus Peede, and Betsy Peede-negro girl Patience, and they not to have possession 'till Betsy Peede arrives to the age of twenty one years, and if they should die
without heirs, the negro Patience and her increase, to be divided between my daughter Frances' children by John Parrott.
Sons William and Charles-to take care and maintain the poor unfortunate negro girl Criss.
Estate not to be divided during my wife's life.
Sons William and Charles-all my stock, household goods, and tools.
Daughter Frances Parrott-shall have two shares in the division of the negroes after my wife's death.
Sons William and Charles, executors.
Witness: Hopkins Harding, Thomas E. Harding, Jemima Harding, and Joseph Jefress.
CODICIL: Sons William, and Charles, shall have my half of the mill to be equally divided between them.

CODICIL; Son William-negro boy George, commonly called little George.
Son Charles-negro boy Peter.
Grandaughter Pegge Barrett, daughter Judith Parrott, daughter Frances Parrot, and the three children she had by Isaac Peede an equal proportion with my two sons William, and Charles, of
the balance of my estate.
