Leg. son John, land lying on N. side of Glady Run, including the mill;
daughter Elizabeth;
sons Robert Beverley and Henry, rest of the tract of land whereon I now live, and above the piney branch to be equally divided between them;
son Joseph, 400 acres of land on S. side of Glady Run, according to the bounds of a purchase made by Dr. Foster of Robert Coleman; to my wife Mary, during her life, my plantation with the land below Piney branch, and after her death, to my son John;
my children, John, Robert Beverley, Harry, Joseph and Elizabeth; my executors to sell 3036 acres of land, lying on S. side of Wady Run, according to the bounds of a purchase made by Dr. Foster of Edward Herndon. Page 231)
