He made a will on 12 March 1738 at Accomack Co, VA. To son Lemuel Kendall the land & plantation where he now lives, containing 200 acres being the same I purchased of him. To son John Kendall one moiety of all my lands on Jengoteague Island & the other moiety of said lands to my son William Kendall. To son William Kendall all my lands at or near Oak Hall being 370 acres. To son Joshua plantation where I now live Purchased of John Wallop.
