      May 7, 1764. James Chiles and Jemima, his wife, of St. Geo. Par., Spts. Co., to Barnabas Williams of Par. and Co. afsd. £15 10s. curr. 168 a. in St. Geo. Par., Spts. Co., having been devised to the sd. Jemima by her father, John Graves, and to be laid off adj. the land of John Graves, son of sd. John Graves, Decd., as by his will dated, March 30, 1747. No witnesses. May 7, 1764.

      April 2, 1765. Barnabas Williams of Spts. Co. and Hannah, his wife, to John Mitchell, Hugh Lenox and Wm. Scott. Mortgage. £20 curr. Whereas, James Chiles and Jemima, his wife, by deed, May 7, 1764, sold to sd. Barnabas Williams and his heirs, etc., 160 a. in St. Geo. Par. Spts. Co. being the same devised the sd. Jemima, by the will of her father, Jno. Graves, as by his will dated March 30, 1747. Sd. Williams and Hannah, his wife, convey the sd. land to Mitchell, Lenox and Scott, etc. Witnesses, James Allan, Wm. Strachan, Wm. Gregory. Augt. 6, 1765.
