      TO ALL PEOPLE to whom this present writing shall come, I JAMES ALLEN of County of Essex and Parish of Southfarnham in consideration of the naturall affection and Brotherly love that I have and bear to my Brother, ZACHARY ALLEN as also for divers other good causes and considerations, me thereunto moving, by these presents give and confirm unto my said Brother, ZACHARY ALLEN, all my right title and demand which I now have or hereafter might or could lhave in that parcel! of land lying in County aforesaid, the same containing Fifty two acres and a half, the said Land being formerly purchased by WILLIAM ALLEN deceased, of THOMAS MEADOR and ELIZABETH his Wife as by their Deed to said WILLIAM bearing date the Thirteenth day of October in year one thousand seven hundred and Thirty nine remaining among the Records of said County it doth appear; To have and to hold the land and all appurtenances thereunto belonging unto ZACHARY ALLEN his heirs; freely and clearly discharged from all Incumbrances, In Witness whereof I the said JAMES ALLEN have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty third day of January in year of our Lord one thouand seven hundred and Forty eight
