Unto my two loving daughters Eliz. Wats and Ann Wats all my land and Negro equally and for want of heirs to my two grandchildren Agatha Watts and John Watts and for want of heirs to my godson William Daniel.
All the rest and residue of my personal estate unto my wife Joanna Watts and my daughter Eliza. and Ann
Watts equally. My two grandchildren Agatha Watts and John Watts should have when they come to age of eighteen one bead and covering apiece and one cow and calf apiece.
