      Imprimis I Give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Robins one Cow After ye decease of my wife.
      Item after ye decease of my wife I Give and bequeath unto Alexander Robins one Cow.
      Item I Give unto Anne Robins after my wifes decease one Cow.
      Item I give and bequeath unto my Wife & her heirs ye Land I now live upon.

      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that we DAVID JENKINS & ANNE JENKINS my Wife of the Parish of SITTINGBOURNE in County of Essex for Ten thousand pounds of Lawfull tobacco hath granted unto the said JOHN WOOD his heirs forever and we the said DAVID JENKINS & ANN JENKINS by these presents loth sell unto the said JOHN WOOD his heirs and assignes forever all that Fifty acres of Land given and bequeathed unto me the said ANN JENKINS by my former Husband, GEORGE WILLIAMS, late of the said County deced. in his last Will & Testament bearing date ye 24th day of Janry: 1687, with all & singular its rights together with all houses woods & appurtenances belonging all wch: said Fifty acres of Land are scituate & being within the said Pish : of SITTINGBOURNE and County of Essex, it being part of a tract of land which formerly belonged to Capt. WM. MOSELEY & sold & conveyed by him unto TOBIAS INGRAM ye Elder, and the said Fifty acres thereof sold by TOBIAS INGRAM Son & Heir of the said TOBIAS INGRAM ye Elder unto ye above said GEORGE WILLIAMS by one Deed of Sale bearing date the 21st day of November Ano. 1687 & acknowledged in ye County Court of RAPPA: ye 3d. day of fiber: next then ensueing as by the Records of the said Court may more at large appear; bounded as followeth; Beginning at a corner tree thereof by a Branch that cometh out of OCCUPACON CREEKE & runing along the line of JOHN COOK, his land for breadth, & for length in to the Woods according to the bounds in the abovesd. Deed of Sale; To have & to hold the said Fifty acres of land & all other the premisses with every of their rights unto the said JOHN WOOD his heirs & assignes & we the said DAVID JENKINS and ANN JENKINS the said Land will warrant & defend by these presents against us & our heirs & all other persons whatsoever without any disturbance Witness our hands & seales this nineth day of September in ye eight year of his Maties

      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I JOHN WOOD of the Parish of SITTING BOURNE and County of Essex together with ABIGAILL my Wife for ye sum of Ten thousand pounds of lawfull tobacco to us in hand paid by DAVID JENKINS of the sd County by these presents have granted unto ye sd DAVID JENKINS his heirs & assignes forever all that Fifty acres of Land formerly sold unto me ye sd. JOHN WOOD by the sd. DAVID JENKINS & ANN JENKINS his Wife, with all & singular its rights houses orchards woods & appurtenances belonging, all which said Land & premisses are scituate within the said Parish of SITTINGBOURNE & County of Essex, it being part of a tract of land wch: formerly belonging to Capt. WM. MOSELEY & by him sold unto TOBIAS INGRAM ye Elder and ye sd. Fifty acres thereof by TOBIAS INGRAM, Son & heir of the sd. TOBIAS ye Elder, was sold unto GEORGE WILLIAMS, then of ye County of RAPPA: by one Deed of Sale bearing date ye 21st day of November 1684 & acknowledged in the County Court of RAPPA: ye third day of December then next ensueing as by the Records doth appear & by the said GEORGE WILLIAMS bequeathed unto his then Wife, ANN WILLIAMS, now ANN JENKINS, ye Wife of DAVID JENKINS, & her heirs in his last Will and Testamt., and by the sd. ANN WILLIAMS now ANN JENKINS together with her said Husband, DAVID JENKINS, sold unto me the said JOHN WOOD & my heirs & assignes by one Deed of Sale bearing date ye 9th day of September in ye eighth year of his Mats. Reign 1696; the said Fifty acres of Land being bounded as followeth; begining at a corner tree thereof by a Branch that cometh out of OCCUPACIA CREEK & runing along the line of ye Land of JNO: COOK for breadth & for length into the Woods according to ye bounds set down in ye abovesd.       THIS INDENTURE made this Twentieth day of September 1737 Between WILLIAM BIZWELL of the Parish of St Anne in the County of Essex Planter of one part and ROBERT BROOKE of the Parish & County aforesd Gent Witnesseth that said William for sum Twenty seven pounds current mony of Virginia do grant unto the said Robert Brooke his heirs and assigns one peice of land containing Fifty acres of land being part of a greater tract taken up by Capt WILLIAM MOSELEY and of a parcel of land given by the said Moseley to TOBIAS INGRAM decd and by said Tobias Ingram and DORCAS his Wife sold to GEORGE WILLIAMS decd by Deed dated ye 21 of Novr 1684 which said Williams by Will dated the 21 of January 1687 gave to ANN his Wife who afterwards intermarried with DAVID JENKINS decd who with the said Ann his Wife conveyed the sd Fifty acres to JOHN WOOD decd by Deed dated ye 9th day of September 1696 and ye sd John Wood and ABIGAIL his Wife did by Deed dated the 25th day of Septemr. 1696 convey ye sd Fifty acres of land to said David Jenkins and his heirs forever who did by his last Will the Thirtieth day of June 1706 Intail the said Fifty acres of land on his Children JOHN & MARY and if they died without heirs he gave the sd land to MARY his Wife and the heirs of her body hereafter lawfully begotten and from her the sd lands descends to the sd William Bizwell Begining at a small black Gum, by JOHN COOKs Spring, on the Edge of one of the branches of Wasanonsen and runing thence with the sd John Cooke line South South West to a Corner Hickory, thence South to a white oak by the South branch of Wasanonson and thence down the same to ye Fork and up the North branch to the beginning .

      At a Court held for Essex County at Tappa on the XXth day of September MDCCXXXVII William Bizwell acknowledged this Indenture to Robert Brooke Gent to be his act and deed and then ELIZABETH BIZWELL freely relinquished her right of Dower in the lands which is admitted to record.
