KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that we ELIZA. HOLLOWAY, WM. RENNOLDS, JAMES RENNOLDS JR. are held and firmly bound unto WM. DAINGERFIELD, THOS. WARING, SAL. MUSCOE, WM. BROOKE, NICHO. SMITH and THO, STHRESHLY gent Justices of the County of Essex in the sum of two hundred pounds Sterl. this xixth day of March MDCCXXXIII.
The Condition of this obligation is such that if the above bound Eliza. Holloway Admx. of all the goods chattles and creditts of JAMES HOLLOWAY decd do make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all the goods chattles and creditts of the sd decd the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited in the County Court of Essex at such time as she shall be hereunto required by the sd Court & further do make a just and true account of her actings and doings therein when thereto required by the sd Court and provided that if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the sd decd & the Exr, or Exrs, therein named do exhibit the same in the sd Court making request to have it allowed & approved Accordingly if the said Elizabeth being thereunto required to deliver up her letters of Adm: approbation of such Testament being first had & made in the sd Court Then this obligation to be void ... .

IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN, the last Will of JAMES HOLLOWAY being very sick & weak yet in his right sences. First I givef my soil to ye Lord that lent it to me & my body to ye earth from whence it came.
Next, I givef to my Sonne, JOHN, & my Son, SAMUELL, my land that is in ye FORREST.
Next I give tow Cowes to my Daters, SARY & MARY HOLLOWY, & all their female increase & them to be delivered to them when they shall come to ye adge of Twenty years old or at the day of their Marredg & then to be equally divided unto them, and I give to my Son, RICHARD, a Cow Calfe & all ye female when he shall come at ye adge of Twenty one years ould & I givef my hoss & Mare to my Wife & give this land whereone I live to my Son, JAMES HOLLOWY when he shall come at ye adge of Twenty one years ould after my Wifes decease. THIS INDENTURE made the nineteenth /twentyeth day of March according to the computation now used in the Church of great Brittain 1721 Between JAMES HOLLOWAY of Parish of St. Ann in County of Essex Planter of one part & NATHANIEL FOGG of the aforesd Parish & County Witnesseth that sd James Holloway for sum Two thousand pounds of good sound merchantable Tobacco doth grant unto Nathaniel Fogg all that tract of land formerly purchased by ROBERT RUDIFORD deced from JOHN WILLARD by Deed baring date 19th of July 1679, and by sd Robert Rudiford assigned over to my ffather JAMES HOLLOWAY deced by an assignt. on the back of the aforesd Deed bearing date the 8th of January 1686 relation being had to records of the aforesaid County being in Parish County & Colony aforesd & containing 150 acres, bounded beginning at a white oak by a Branch side from thence South thence by a great swamp to the first men coned white oak 50 acres of the aforesd 150 acres was formerly sold to sd Nathaniel by abovesd James Holloway relation being had to records of aforesd County, and 50 more of the aforesd 150 acres was found to escheat for which Nathaniel had a pattent and now doth hold the same the residue being 50 acres sd James Holloway do convey to sd Nathaniel Fogg and his heirs ..
