      IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen. The Last Will and Testament of JOHN GUNNE being in perfect memory praised be Almighty God for it. First I bequeath my Soul to God that gave it & to my Saviour Jesus Christ that redeemed me in whom I put all my Trust & confifence in hopes of an assured resurrection. Secondly, I give my body to ye earth & to be decently buried;
      Also I freely give unto my very loveing Wife, ELIZ: GUNNE all my Lands with houses Orchard & fences to her & her Aires for ever,
      Also, I give unto my for said loveing Wife, all my Cattell horses & Mayres and all my stock of hogges & also I do freely unto my foresaid loveing Wife all my housall goods & all of the debts that is dew to me; Also I desire that my Wife shall pay all my debts that I do owe this being my last Will & Testamt, my desire is that it shall be fullfilled & this Will to be errovocable. In Witness hereof I have set my hand & seale this 10th day of July in ye year of our Lord God 1691;

      THIS INDENTURE made this third day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred Ninety and Nine and in the Eleaventh year of the Reigne of our Dread Sovereigne William the third by the grace of God of Great Brittaine, France and Ireland, &c., Between JOHN JENKINSON of SOUTH FARNHAM Parish in Essex County and Colony of Virga:, Planter, and ELIZABETH his Wife of the one part and RICHARD BROOKE of the aforesaid Parish & County, Planter, on the other pte., Witnesseth that ye said JOHN JENKINSON for Sixty pounds Sterling Currant money of England hath granted a parcel! of land or Plantation being in the aforesd. Pish; & County being formerly the Plantation of JOHN GUN's, since deced., containeing ninety acres of Land more or less together with all wayes and appurtenances to the same belonging, and all the right wch: the sd.       THIS INDENTURE made the Twenininth day of April in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and Thirty One Between JOHN HALL of the Pish of St Peters in the County of NEW KENT of one part and RICHARD BRIZENDINT of the Parish of Sofarnham in the County aforesd of other part Witnesseth that JOHN HALL in consideratin of three thousand pounds of lawfull tobacco to him in hand paid or secured to be paid doth fully grant unto RICHARD BRIZENDINE in his actual possession by Virtue of a Bargain & Sale to him for one year and by Virtue of the Statute for transferring uses into possession all that parcel of land in Southfarnham Parish in County of Essex containing ninety acres lying and joyning on the land of NATHANIEL NEWBLE and SARAH CRUST which sd ninety acres of land was formerly sold by SAMEUL GREEN to JOHN GUNN by Sale bearing date the 28th day of July 1677 and by the Last Will &Testament of the sd JOHN GUNN given unto SARAH GREEN afterwards Wife of CHARLES HALL and so fall to me the sd JOHN HALL by inheritance To Have and To hold the said land with appurtenances to use and behoof of the said RICHARD BRIZENDINE his heirs and assigns forever.
