IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen I THOMAS HUGHELLCOT being verey sick and weeake of bodey to but off perffict sence & meoryey thankees be given to Allmitey God for the same doe make & ordaine this my last Will & Testament in maner & forme ass followeth first I give & bequane my Sole to allmitie God that gave it me hoping threw the merits & Medeasion of my Lorde & Saver Jesus Christ to reseve etternall hapeness after this paineffull life is ended and my bodey to the Earth from whence in came to be deseantley buried at the hands off my Exeotorf hereafter named
First, I give & bequeve to my Dafter, MARY HUCKLECOT one feather beade bolster rugg & blankets fore puter dices for plates & one basion & one ieren you & one frining pan & six heade of feamall catell which catell I wolde have to be delivered to her presently after my death & the feamall increase to be my Dafter & the Meale Increase to be my Wiffe, MARY HUCKLECOTT all which catell with the increase with the goods as abovesd. to be delivered to my sd Dafter at the day of her Marrige or when so shall attain to the yeares of Eighteen which shall first hapen
Secondley, I give all the rest of my parsonall Estate to my loveing Wiffe forever and all my lands to my sd loveing Wiffe, MARY HUCKLECOT dureing her natarale Liffe Thurdley, I give and bequeath all lands after the death of my Wife to my Dafter, MARY HUCKLECOT, to her & hares for ever but iff in case my sd Dafter sholde dey before shee shell attaine to the yeare of Twentey one then I give all my lands to my loveing Wiffe, MARY HUCKLESCOT & her hares forever, And iff in case my Dafter & Wiffe should dey & not haveing desposed of the said land of Then I give my said lands to my Brother in Law, WILLIAM ALLIEN & his hares forever making ordaining my loving Wiffe, MARY HUCKLESCOT & my Dafter, MARY HUCKLESCOT, my holle & solle exertrickers off this my laste Will & Testament In Witness whareoff I have heareunto sete my hand and Sealle this 3 day of July 1701
