Sarah Goswell of South Farnham par, widow, gives "my loving-son John Peirce son of John Peirce my late deced husband" 50 acres "lying on the back side of Mr Thomas Gaines upon hoskings Creek" (Hoskins Creek) in So. F. par. which said Land was Given to me by the Last Will and Testament of Henry Goswell my late Deced Husband". John Peirce failing in heirs the land to go to John Kersey of Middlesex Co and his heirs forever.
