      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that we WILLIAM BIZWELL, JOHN MILLER and GEORGE GREEN are held and firmly bound unto WILLIAM DAINGERFIELD Esqr., THOMAS WARING, SALVALTOR MUSCOE, ROBERT BROOKE & JAMES GARNETT Gent Justices of Essex County in the sum of one thousand pounds Sterling this xxist day of March MDCCXXXI
      The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound William Bizwell
      Guardian of MARY BIZWELL his heirs shall well &truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Orphan all such Estate or Estates as soon as the sd Orphan shall attain lawful! age or when thereunto required by the Justices of the peace for the County of Essex as also to save & keep harmless the sd Justices from all trouble that shall or may arise about the sd Estate then this obligation to be void
