For 3000 pounds of tobacco. 50 acres, part of 200 acres formerly belonged to Joseph Beland, Senr., deceased, father of Rebecca and Mary, and after the decease of Joseph Beland Senr. descended to Joseph Beland Junr., who dying in his nonage, the said Rebecca Beland and Mary Adcock entered as parceners ... corner of James Fullerton and John Halle.
