The land and plantation that I bought of Edward Fagan and Margarett his wife unto my friend James Alderson.
Unto my God daughter Eliza Rouzee a gold ring of ten shillings price at the age of twelve years if she so long live.
Unto Ann the wife of James Alderson a gold ring of fifteen shillings price.
Unto Thomas Cooper Dickenson three iron potts and hooks, one looking glass, one table, an iron pestle and a pair of pot racks which he has now in his possession, provided he pay my executor £31.10. sterling which I formerly lent him.
A tobacco account unsettled between the above named Thomas Cooper Dickenson and me may be fairly compared and the balance paid.
All the rest of my estate unto my Honoured Father Edward Hunter and my dear mother Dorothy to be sent them to Great Brittaine.
