      This account of the Admon, of the Estate of Christiana Waggoner decd being presented in Court by William Allen one of the Admrs. of the goods & chattels, rights & credits of of the sd Christiana Waggoner decd who made oath that the same is just & true & produced Vouchers to the several articles thereon menconed saving that of Jonathan Hails the sd Court made the several allowances therein menconed and valued the corn wheat & beans as are therein charged & on the motion of the sd William Allen is admitted to record,

      Unto my son Samuell all my land and plantation.
      Unto my dearly beloved wife Christian Waggener dureing her naturall life my whole estate. After her decease to be equally devided between my five children Lucrecy, Samuel, Price, Winifret and Temperance Waggener. If my beloved wife shall see fitt to pay any of them their part when they come of age. it is my desire she should.
      My friend John Allen as an overlooker in my state afairs.

      SAMUEL WAGGONER & CHRISTIANA his Wife of Parish of Southfarnham in County of Essex of one part & NICHS. SMITH & THOS. STRESHLY of Parish & County aforesaid Witnesseth that said Samuel Waggoner & Christiana his Wife for sum Five hundred pounds of Tobacco paid by the said Nichs Smith & Thos. Streshly Church Wardens of the Parish in behalf of the said Parish &Parishoners thereof by these presents hath granted unto said Nichs. Smith &Thos. Streshly Church Wardens & Successors in behalf of the said Parish & Parishoners thereof by Virtue of one Indenture of bargain & sale to them made for one whole year date the day next before the day of date of these presents and of the Statute for Transferring uses into possession One parcel of land & premises (being the Land whereon the NEW CHURCH now standing) containing two acres & nine chain being a parcel of land taken out of a Tract of land the proper inheritance of the said Samuel Waggoner & Xtiana his Wife (relation being had to the Records where it doth appear) being in the Parish & County aforesaid bounded beginning at a Pine South East eight perches thence to a corner stake East fifty six Degrees thirty minutes North Seven & half perches thence to a small Gum in a branch west so to the Beginning

      This Indenture is admitted to record
      And at the same time the said Christiana Waggoner freely relinquished her right of dower of & in the Land conveyed by this Deed of Release which is admitted to record Virga SS KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I SAMUEL 'WAGGONER & CHRISTIANA his Wife of Parish of South farnham in County of Essex Planter am bound unto NICHS SMITH & THOS STRESHLY & Successors Church Wardens of the Parish aforesaid in the sum of one thousand Pounds Sterling this Sixteenth day of June 1728
      THE CONDITION of this Obligation is such that if above bound Samuel Waggoner & Christiana his Wife shall do their parts in all things & truly observe the Covenants whatsoever which on his part ought to be fulfilled menconed in a pair of Indentures between said Samuel Waggoner & Christiana his Wife and Nichs Smith & Thos Streshly Church Wardens of Parish of South farnham in behalf of the said Parish & Parishoners in all things according to the purpose of said Indentures without fraud and Covin then this obligation to be voyd or else to stand
