KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that we FRANCIS JONES, THOMAS COLEMAN and JEREMIAH UPSHAW are held and firmly bound unto WM. DAINGERFIELD, THOS. WARING; ROBT. BROOKE, JAMES GARNETT, NICHO. SMITH & THOMAS STHRESHLY JUNR Gent Justices of Essex County in the sum of four hundred pounds currt. money this xixth day of ffebruary MDCCXXXIII
The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound ffrancis Jones Admr. of all the goods chattles and credits of ELIZA, TILLEY decd do make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of the goods chattles and credits of the sd decd the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited in the County Court of Essex at such time as he shall be thereunto required by the sd Court & further do make a just and true account of his actings and doings therein when thereto required by the sd Court and provided that if it shall appear hereafter that any last Will and Testament was made by the sd Decd & the Ext. or Exx. therein named do exhibit the same in the sd Court making request to have it allowed & approved Accordingly if the said Francis Jones being thereunto required do deliver up his Letters of Admon. approbation of such Testament being first had in made in the sd Court Then this Obligation to be void ,

In Obedience to an order of Essex County Court dated the xixth dy of ffebruary 1733 wee the Subscribers being first sworn before a Justice of the peace for this County have appraised ye Estate of ELIZABETH LILLEY decd wch is as followeth items listed and valued to total 128 pounds Sixteen shillings and four pence .. which inventory includes cows, sheep, hoggs, pair of cart wheels, feather beds and furniture; looking glass & table; 25 pounds of pewter; 25 pounds of old pewter; a parcill of tin 6c old bottles; a parcill of flint glass & one old gun; one side =Ile & cross cut saw; one hundred & one pounds and a half of pot iron; two pair of wool cards; pair of money scales; three pair of Siszors; 526 pounds of pork; a negro man named Jack; a negro woman named Harmer; a parcel of thread & other trifles; some remnants of fine lining; one gold ring; two pounds six shillings and one pence in cash; one horse & colt . . . .
