My now loving wife Mary Beazley have the use of all my estate during her natural life to support her and her children in the time of her widowhood.
To my son Richard Beazley £5 current money after his mother is deceased.
My my daughter Eliza. Beasley my Negro man Bob after her mother is deceased.
My Negro woman Jone to my daughter Ann Beazley after her mother is deceased and after Ann Beazley is deceased Jone to my grandson Gowin Beazley's.
To my daughter Mary my Negro man Sambo after her mother is deceased, she the said Mary now wife of James Willard, to have the full use of the Negro and not Willard to have any benefit.
To my daughter Martha Beazley after her mother's decease the choice of my feather beds and furniture and the choice of my cows and calves.
The remainder after my wife's decease to be equally divided among my children Richard, James, Ann, Mary, Elizabeth and Martha.
My loving wife Mary Beazley executrix.
