      In the Name of God Amen I MARY BURRAS being sick of Body but in perfect sense I do ordain this to be my last Will and Testament I bequeath to my Eldest Son MATTHEW BURRAS One shilling Sterling and I bequeath to THOMAS BURRAS one Shilling Sterling and I bequeath ELIZABETH ANDERSON my Daughter one Shilling Sterling and I bequeath to my Son CHARLES BURRAS one Sbilling Sterling and I give to my Youngest Son HENRY BURRAS all tbe rest of my Estate both personal and Real with paying first my debts and then my legacy's and I desire none of my Estate to be brougbt to appraisement and I do appoint my youngest Son Henry Burras sole heir and Executor of my wbole Estate witb paying my Legaty's and I do ordain tbis my will to be my last Will .. this 5th day of December 1746,

Thomas Burross and wife Mary, of LP, planter, to William Muse, of Cople Parish, WC; for 3000 pounds tobacco and one cow and calf; 50a, all that tract of land with appurtenances in LP, being part of land of John Henderson, dec., left to Mary Henderson by his LWT dated 1 FEB 1729, bounded beg. at a white oak standing at the head of a spring branch known by the name of John Henderson's spring branch, along a line dividing the said land and the land of Rawleigh Chinn, north to the line of Col. Henry Fitzhugh, thence down his line to a marked white oak corner to the said Henderson's land, along marked trees which divide the said Henderson's land and the land of Thomas Turner, to a sweet gum in the said spring branch, to beg.; to hold forever.
