Woolfolk- loan her during her life the Land I now live on purchased of my father, of Spilsby Woolfolk, Samuel Woolfolk heirs, John Roy & the Land purchased of Thomas Farish lying on the south river negroes: Gabriel & Mary his wife and seven children Robin, Eliza, & her child Henry, Jenny & her child Susannah, Caty, Manuel, & Areanna and their increase, Hannah & her child Mary Ann & their increase, Cynthia & her six children Richard, Charles, Else, Sally, John & Betsy, Matilda & two children Charlotte & Brown-Andrew house servant-Tom, Ben, Lewis, little Harry, little Ben son of Jerry, Michael, old Bob, Sally his wife & Jack their son - Sawney Jacob the Stage driver, Isaac, Davy, Jerry & Sally his wife, Caroline & her two children Courtney & Barrett .. .
To Hawes Coleman & Maria his wife I give in fee simple the Land on which they live purchased
by me from John Coleman - negroes lent to them at their marriage: Billy & his wife Anna, Juno with her present & future increase ...
To William G. Murray and Nancy his wife I give the money received for the land sold Capt. Sale on which they formerly lived amounting to seven thousand dollars with the following negroes lent them at their marriage: John, Caty & all her children now born or to be born to them ...
son Jourdan my land called Harriss's [sic] and that adjoining purchased by me of Mr. Baylors estate except that part of it sold to Mr. Dejarnatt, and the following negroes: Old Peter, young Peter, Andrew, Moses, Henry, Judy & her increase except Albert hereafter given to my son John ...
To John M. Burke and Sophia Frances his wife I give six thousand dollars - and whatever sum may be unpaid at my death I direct may be raised in three years from that event from the profits of my estate or if thought best by my Executors by the sale of my Stage property & Steamboat. I also give them the three negroes: Eleanor daughter of Hannah, Maria daughter of Matilda & Jackson son of Betsey with the increase of the females ...
son John I give - negro boys Viz: Gabriel son of Gabriel & Mary, Albert son of Judy and William son of Hannah and it is my desire he be kept at school until eighteen hundred and twenty one & then put with some respectable & good House carpenter with the three boys given him & kept at that blade with said boys until he arrives at the age of twenty one years which will be in July eighteen hundred & twenty six ...
son John after the death of my wife all the Land loaned her, except that on south river purchased of Thomas Farish, with the following negroes: Cynthia and all her children Viz: Richard, Charles, Else, Sally, John & Betsy ... but in case my said son John should die - the estate left him at the death of his

Codicil ... 9 April 1819 ... I hereby revoke the gift of John & Caty to William G. Murray as made by my Will and bequeath them to my son Jourdan Woolfolk in trust for the use of my daughter Nancy H. Murray during her life and at her death - divided amongst the children of my said daughter, my reason for this change - I have paid large sums of money for Mr. Murray & am still bound for more .. .I also direct that the estate given my said daughter by my Will be held by my son Jourdan for her use during her life & at her death divided equally amongst her children ... signed by John G. Woolfolk ... witnesses: Wilson Allen, Pichegrue Woolfolk, John Hoomes.
