      TO ALL PEOPLE to whom these presents shall come I MARGARETT LOWEN of Culpeper County Virginia for and in consideration of the love good will & affection I have and do bear toward my loving Son, BENJAMIN LOWEN, of said County by these presents do freely give and grant unto said BENJAMIN LOWEN his heirs &assigns all my Right of three Negroes known by the name of Austin, Peg & Little Scip, Togather with their Increases which said Negroes I have delivered unto BENJAMIN LOWEN before the signing of these presents, To have and to hold the said Negroes and their increase forever to him BENJAMIN LOWEN and his heirs from henceforth as his proper Negroes absolutely without any manner of condition In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal this Seventh day of February One thousand seven hundred & Eighty two
