      THIS INDENTURE made this 17th day of February 1775 Between MATTHIAS CASLER of the Parish of Brumfield and County of Culpeper of one part and CONRAD DELPH of aforesaid Parish & County Witnesseth that said Matthias Casler for diverse causes do give unto my Son in Law Conrad Delph and his heirs a certain tract of land containing Two hundred and six acres only reserving out of the said tract of land a small divident containing about Fifty or Sixty acres lying on the North side of my Spring Branch and tuning in a parallel line with said branch to be acknowledged by the said Conrad Delph to my Grandson EPHRAIM KLUG to him and his heirs forever and by these presents have given unto the said Conrad Delph the above said tract of land joyning lands of JOHN GRAVES, MICHAEL RUSSELL and GEORGE RAZER .
