Indenture made April 12, 1804; John Baptist Wathen (Millar) of CC in consideration of 175 pounds current money of Maryland paid by James A. Corry April 12, 1804; John Baptist Wathen has sold part of a tract of land called "St. Thomas" beginning at the division boundary between Thomas M. Simpson and John Baptist Wathen formerly, but now the land of Edward Edelen and laid out for 1 rod of land.
