Know yee that I MARY ALLEN of the Parish of Cittenburne and County of Rappa doe mearely out of the affection and love I have and other good causes make over unto my Eldest Daughter, ELIZABETH BROWNE of same County and Parish, Four hundred Fifty and one acres of land according to a Survey made by Capt. WILLIAM MOSELEY, Surveyor of sd County, as will appear bearing date the 22nd of Novr. 1689, ye sd land with all rights being part of divident of land taken up by my Father, THOMAS PAGE, by Patent bearing date the third day of Apr.
