This land having been left to Elizabeth, widow of Rice Jones of York County, lately deceased, and Rachell wife of John Walker of King and Queen County, "sisters and co-heires of Benjamin Crotia [Croshaw], deceased, sonn of Mr: Richard Crotia likewise deceased."
